Reynolds warrants equipment provided on this quote will be free from defects in workmanship and materials and that such goods will conform to Reynolds' specifications for a period 1 year after installation. Reynolds may, at its sole option, offer to replace the equipment ("Replacement Option") and install into customer's wellbore, provided that customer has approved and paid invoices for initial install. This Replacement Option obligation shall cover only Reynolds' equipment and field service expenses. Reynolds shall not be liable for other expenses including but not limited to: lost production, well servicing fees, cable spooling and/or CT line expenses.

In the event of total equipment loss or equipment damage, Reynolds Lift will not be held liable for warranty claims for the following conditions but are not limited to, the following:
1. Any equipment that is lost in hole;
2. NORM equipment, defined as any partial or whole piece of equipment where radiation (measured by Reynolds) exceeds 50 microRem/hr at the time of pull;
3. Damage from excessive acid/chemical conditions causing >5% loss of equipment dry mass or the presence of 3 or more eroded holes through equipment housing >0.025" in size
4. Damage caused by fishing operations such as jarring, milling or flooding from parted equipment, provided Reynolds equipment was not the cause of failure
5. Damage from operating outside Reynolds' recommended set depth or in undisclosed high DLS (>2 deg/100ft) wellbore
6. Damage resulting from operating, installation, transport and storage outside Reynolds' equipment ratings or specifications.

All third party charges will be passed on to customer at a 25% markup.

Customer equipment stored at a Reynolds' facility for more than one year: If customer owned equipment is stored at a Reynolds' facility for more than one year (365 days), Reynolds will make every effort to offer a trade-in credit for equipment stored at the Reynolds' facility. If the customer does not respond to the trade-in credit offer within seven (7) business days, Reynolds reserves the right to take possession of customer equipment without recourse.
Damaged cable cost charged at the time of pull @ $7.50/ft.
